The simplest answer would be that if you're feeling like the challenges or discomfort you may be going through are more than just a series of random, unconnected events and you can feel that you're an energetic being having a human experience...this is for you.
My job is basically to teach people how to understand and learn how to drive their energy systems. To help them make sense of it and make new choices for themselves from an empowered and informed perspective.
One that honours the idea you are a spiritual and energetic being, having a human experience. -

This is a self-contained journey, You bring you, you are your subject, I provide the information, structure, direct support and guidance for you to complete the journey. -
You can access the portal online, anywhere, anytime.
There are some lessons that require a bit of ‘stop and do’ time, but others are designed to be naturally incorporated into your everyday life. Things you can do while living to focus energy in a certain area and get it moving. If you have time or a topic is particularly potent you might like to deep dive for a bit. And if you have a busy month you can always go back and reconnect with the lesson or focus.
I’ve designed this program to be deep but effective.
We get 672 hours a month with most people being awake for 476 of those (here's hoping you get your 7hours of sleep a night!). I'm only asking you to dedicate a maximum of 5 hours a month and you can use the other 471 hours to manage life and keep the processes and exercises in your back pocket for when you need to use them.
**The 5-hour monthly commitment breaks down as follows: **
* 1 hour for your monthly personal session
* 2 hours for an online workshop (either live or listen to after)
* 2 hours of created personal homework time (either use it in one sitting to work on homework or as simply as 30min each week over the month)
Don't forget you have the monthly one on one times with me to help direct, focus, get you back on track and keep you moving forward...not to mention the monthly group online workshops where we unpack the lessons, themes and help you stay focused.

It’s not for everyone.
For some- this program is ridiculously cheap for the value and transformation I’ve helped clients achieve. For others …its too expensive.
I get it.
And please know that yours and my inherent value are not based on the prices I charge.
But the skill, experience, spiritual commitment, real-world time, energy and care I bring to my clients- are reflected in the prices I charge.
I share that with the combined confidence of someone who knows their worth and the value I bring to my clients and the humility of someone who has spent decades working with thousands of clients' energies on a one-to-one basis, to get to the point I am now in my career as The Energy Mentor.
I can take a look at someone’s energy system and pretty quickly get a grasp on what’s going on. The kinks, the places it’s getting stuck and the way forward.
Don’t get me wrong.
I didn’t start charging this at the beginning… but what I’ve learnt over the years is that if I don’t equitably balance the energy and value I give and share…it costs me on all levels (physically, emotionally, psychically etc).
For that reason, I strictly cap enrolments for this program to keep the group intimate and also so I can bring the best version of myself to my clients.
I'm also very vocal about NOT joining this level of program if in any way, it will put you in financial stress. Being in financial stress is a real concern and immediately shifts our energy from curiosity and exploration to one of survival and necessity.
For that reason- this program is one to either save up for or wait until you have the resources to comfortably go inwards and have the financial spaciousness to do so.

While some of my students have gone on to either start or continue to work as coaches, teachers or thought-leaders in their respective fields/industries (and I wish them well in their endeavours)... **please note that I have NEVER taught anyone my methodology or process to use or endorsed them as qualified teachers of this work. ** -

It's important to see this as a framework and set of tools you can use to reset the flow of your mental, physical, emotional & spiritual worlds. This framework will give you the structure to tackle other aspects of life and to build a strong structure around that emotional processing. They work together.
If you feel like your circumstance or personal history require extra emotional or psychological support beyond the monthly group work- we'd encourage you either have your trained support team independently in place or wait to enrol until you are able to work more autonomously and feel more secure.
I’m a firm believer in the balance of science and spirit and the wonderful work that trained counsellors and mental health workers do. 100%!
However, I am a teacher, not a psychologist or mental health worker and sometimes client cases (such as complex PTSD) require extra support this program on its own is not able to provide. -
We will work through the program together- giving you a chance to do the deep work.
The process has been designed so you can go back to any of the modules and repeat any key areas to help you shift and move the energy around those areas. -
The 9-week Tune-Up offers a condensed introduction to some (not all) of the concepts in this bigger Energy Mentor Program.
This program is the deep wash cycle of energy work.
It's an in-depth deep dive into the body-mind, soul and spirit and includes working one-on-one together each month. It's a deeper, more thorough commitment to the soul journey and as such requires a bigger investment of time and finance.
The 9-week Tune-Up is designed as a stand-alone program to use and connect into, to either begin the journey or to reset when life gets out of balance.
You don't need to have done our shorter 9-week Tune-Up to join the EMP. Conversely, if you have done the Tune-Up....this takes it to the next!The Virtual Energy Circle is a monthly meditation and connection circle. Its a chance to connect inwards but doesn’t involve any in-depth processes or work.

If you feel like your life (and energy) is busy or overwhelmed, then it probably is and that's so good you can name it.
Period.
That niggling feeling that “*something needs to change*” is worth paying attention to. In my experience that niggling voice is only going to get louder and louder until a spiritual tipping point is reached.
Now I come from the belief that if I could just give you some time, space, silence and a pen and paper- you could probably figure out the first few small steps to make meaningful changes in your life to unwind or reset. Part of this course will ask you to create that space regularly, simply to get you used to tune into your own energy system.
But one of my goals of this course is to equip you with other tools to help you learn to look at your life and experience with different lenses and to use these tools to help you manage yourself.
I can’t change or control the external circumstances of your life but **I can help you manage your energy**.
Some people collect courses like they collect adding things to their to-do list. Some people join courses and treat them like homework- methodically just chipping away at it.

But it is a spiritual course- meaning that as long as you have a belief in something greater than yourself (whether you call that The Universe, Your Higher Power, The Devine, God or any incarnation of that)...there's a safe space for you in our group.
I'm teaching about the fundamentals of energy and may refer to "God" from time to time but that's just the name I sometimes interchange for any of the other versions of that Divine energy. It's super important that you find the name or understanding of that energy that works for you.

Truth is- you don't have to visually be "seen" at all, but be prepared to be heard and felt.
The monthly online workshops will be audio-only.
Co-Vid and the endless cycles of zoom calls and webinars have only reinforced my belief that having a video on, distracts more than it helps. You can tune in to the monthly online workshops in your pj's while going for a walk or simply listen to the recordings afterwards from the student portal.
This course doesn't use Facebook or any other social media as we want you to start the program by connecting into you- not everyone else.
There is a module towards the end of the course where you have the option of joining a group messaging service to connect and support other members through a particular process but this is totally optional and not compulsory.
If hearing other students on workshop calls but not being able to see them is triggering for you- we encourage you to do what is right for you to feel safe and have your needs met. -
Listen i’m not going to lie and say not at all.
We’ve all been there where we sign up for an online course with the best intentions to get up at 3am, schlep into our workspace quietly, try not to wake anyone else up…and string together enough sentences and put the zoom filter on NUCLEAR settings to make us look…awake / energized etc.
Firstly…at no point in the EMP- will you need to have your ‘zoom face’ on. This is a no LIVE video course- it’s sound/audio only for the live Zoom components.
Also- for the monthly one-to-one consultations with Lynette- we work to find the best time we can to match timezones and lifestyles and prioritise international clients having access to early or late sessions in the day (here in Australia).
Everything is recorded and also made available within 24-48hours to replay access as well.
